Role Overview:
Primary responsible team member for a specific retail location. Requires long term commitment and flexibility. The Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for operating an efficient and profitable store through productive staffing, client retention, cost controls and achievement of objectives.
Your Team:
Coaches the Client Care Advisors for a given retail store.
Reports directly to the Retail Teams Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities (roles):
- Must be available to fill-in for absent team members when needed.
- Understands goals and objectives for the store and strives to meet them.
- Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of Client Care Advisors.
- Maintains reporting systems required by the Company.
- Attends quarterly all-retail team meetings.
- Strives for harmony and teamwork within the store.
- Accounts for all deposits and ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly.
- Directs and schedules the activities of all team members at the retail store.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Ensures that the store areas are kept clean.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with staff.
- Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and courteously.
- Handles client complaints and concerns immediately and follows up as needed.
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Report any accidents immediately to the Retail Team Leader.
- Maintains a professional appearance in company uniform or professional attire.
- Performs all Client Care Advisor duties.
- Ensure all client items are ready when promised and tracks down any delayed items and communicate the delay with the client.
- Be proficient at listening first and then talking. Both with other team members and clients. Seek to understand before being understood.
- Reconciling cash drawer.
- Overlap huddle with CCA.
- ALL CCA responsibilities.
- Handle Crisis Situations.

Professional/Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Single location retail management is preferred.
- Proficient at general computer skills including Computer Point of Sale.

- Working Hours: Monday through Friday, typically starting between 7:00am and 9:00am and concluding between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. Weekend shifts are possible. Some shifts are less than 8AM-5PM.
Compensation: $17.25 - $19.75 per hour
